Just read that Scott Mitchel has started another series on ASP.NET articles. This time he'll be covering security in ASP.NET. Be sure to check it out: Security tutorials.

Just noticed this article: Belt-Tightening In Corporate IT Spending Will be Good For Web 2.0. With all those heavy loaded words of recession, rising prices, energy costs, ... it's nice to see something positive for a change.

Because Heroes happen {here}.

March 11 sees the official launch of brand new versions of Windows Server 2008, SQL Server 2008 and Visual Studio 2008. But what the day is really about are the everyday heroes who transform our products into powerful products for solving real IT problems at work. In other words, you.

We are calling it Heroes Happen Here. And we're proud to invite miracle workers like yourself, not only to the launch itself, but also to our TechDays 2008. A series of technical sessions that take place on 12th and 13th March, during which IT professionals and developers alike will get the chance to go into every single aspect of each pack. So if you'd like to boost your powers even further, this is one event you don't want to miss.

I hope I'm able to see you guys/girls over there those days.

If you like DJ Tiƫsto and the type of music he presents you can grab free podcasts at Radio 538. If you have iTunes installed on your computer you can open it, navigate to Advanced | Subscribe to podcast and then fill in the url and get downloading.

Milan Negovan did it again. After several cheat sheets about ASP.NET AJAX he has now created a cheat sheet about LINQ.

Just received this by email from my collegue Jean-Christophe at my current client BICS. Apparently one of my MVP colleagues set up a wiki for LINQ related technology. If you want to take a look at it you can navigate to Hooked on LINQ.

This is a nice addition to my earlier post: 101 LINQ to SQL samples. I guess we all know what to do during the coming holidays...

I just found out about these samples:
Could come in handy when you're playing around with LINQPad.
